Respondent no.3 was issued with the notice. None appears for respondent no.3. Thereafter this Court issued notice of final disposal to respondent no.3. Even after notice of final disposal none appears for respondent no.3. 2.

It is submitted that the Management has submitted a proposal of petitioner No.2 as well as proposal of respondent no.3 seeking approval to their appointment as Headmaster. The Management cannot submit proposal of two persons for the same post of Headmaster.

The Management may submit proposal afresh of a person for the post of Headmaster. On receipt of the proposal, the Education officer shall take decision upon it preferably within three months.

The Education officer shall also consider the judgment delivered by this Court about the Circular dated 24.01.2017 and 14th November, 2017.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
