Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have filed applications seeking rental compensation. The same are not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents No. 1,2,3 and 5 and submits that in case the applications are pending, the authority shall decide the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.

In case, the applications are filed by the petitioners for rental compensation and if same are pending before the competent authority, then the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within period of nine months from today. 4.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
