It is reported that in connected appeals, this Court has permitted withdrawal of amount deposited under the award of the learned Reference Court by imposing some conditions.

Hence the application needs to be allowed in terms of the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by this Court in connected appeals.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount upon execution of undertaking that in case any order adverse to his interest is passed, he would refund the said amount.

The applicant is further allowed to withdraw the 1/2

934.odt balance amount of 50% upon furnishing continuing guarantee from a nationalized bank to that effect. 4.
