Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided division are pending with the Education Ofcer (Secondary).

The proposals are submitted only in the month of September 2019. We cannot encourage such petitions seeking directions to decide the proposals without waiting for a reasonable time for the proposals to be decided. The petitioners can prosecute the proposals with the Education Ofcer. In case the proposals are not decided within reasonable time, then the petitioners can move this Court.

With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
