This application is filed for publication of notice through paper publication to respondent Nos.4A to 4C in daily news paper 'Prajawani' , published in Nanded city. The learned Advocate for respondent No.3 points out additional affidavit filed by the applicant in Civil Application No. 10174 of 2022 for bringing legal representatives on record. In the said affidavit it is stated that respondent No.4 died in village Bichkunda, Dist.Kamareddy, Telangana State. He submits that therefore even if notice is published in daily newspaper published in Nanded, probably the respondent will not get notice. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to publish the notice in daily news paper from Nanded as well as news paper of widely circulated in Kamareddy district at Talangana State.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). In addition to the notice, the applicant shall also publish the notice in widely circulated news paper published in Kamareddy district. The notice is made returnable on 08.01.2024. The notice shall be published at least two weeks prior to the returnable date. 03.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
