The petitioner states that proposal is submitted for starting new English medium primary school on self-finance basis for academic year 2017-18. No decision is taken on it as yet. 3.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

It is stated that the proposal is given to respondent no.3, who shall process the proposal and forward it to respondent no.2 and in turn to respondent no.1. The decision shall be taken by the respondents/authorities on its own merits in accordance with law on the proposal of the petitioner for starting new English medium primary school expeditiously, preferably by 10th June 2018.
