The petitioner is one of the legal heirs of deceased Sandu Budha. She has claimed that the land of Sandu who was her father was acquired. However, before the amount of compensation was released, he died. The petitioner admits that there are other legal heirs of deceased Sandu. Without producing any authentic document to believe the legal heirship or the certificate from the competent Court, the authority cannot pay compensation amount to the petitioner only. There is no cause of action to file writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. 2.
