After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

Admittedly, the petitioner has defaulted the installments of loan. Conveniently he is blaming the respondent No. 4 that he was not given notice. In the interregnum he was not getting salary. Now he is reinstated in service, so the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 started recovery of loan. The petitioner is asking for some data. He may apply to the respondent No. 3 properly if the law permits.
