The applicant/original petitioner prays for condonation of delay of 321 days and further prays that the writ petition be restored by recalling the order dated 23/11/2016.

Mr.Bora, learned Advocate opposes the application. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Costs for condonation of delay are not imposed since the applicant is a senior citizen and is the mother of a practicing lawyer. 4.

All objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 15/01/2018 and the petition shall be restored by recalling the order dated 23/11/2016.
