Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It has been urged before me that the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister remanding the matter before the District Supply Officer, Jalna is not contested in this proceedings.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till the District Supply Officer, Jalna decides the remanded matter, status quo as on today be maintained qua the license of the fair price shop. The respondent objects to the same.

However, no purpose would be served in the interregnum to make any alterations in the running of the fair price shop by the petitioner. Thus, until the proceedings before the District Supply Officer, Jalna are concluded, the petitioner will continue to run the fair price shop.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
