By a separate order passed today, we have dismissed the Writ Petition and the interim order has been vacated. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners prays for extension of the interim order for a period of four weeks. 3.

Considering the observations we have made in the order while dismissing the Writ Petition and the fact that the development work is stalled for more than one and half years during the pendency of this Writ Petition, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for extension of interim relief as made on behalf of the Petitioners.

The prayer is rejected.
