Heard learned Advocate appearing for the appellant (0riginal claimant). Learned AGPs for Respondent Nos.1 & 2. Though Respondent No.3 is duly served, nobody appears on behalf of the acquiring body.

The appellants are the original claimants, who want to challenge the Award passed by the Reference Court for enhancement. Taking into consideration the fact that since the original claimants are the persons, whose lands have been acquired, they belong to rural areas and, therefore, taking into consideration a liberal approach that is required to be taken, the delay stands condoned. The applications stand allowed and disposed of.

The Registry to verify and register the Appeals. 4.
It is made clear that since the applicantsappellants are coming belatedly, in case they succeed in the appeal/s in future, then they will not be entitled to get interest of the period of the delay in the respective applications.
