1) The issue before us is with regard to the appointment as Assistant Teacher and the approval. Apparently the teacher concerned is working in the school which has minority status certificate. In the light of the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.3707 of 2013 the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 2-9-2013 and impugned communication is quashed.
