Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGP for respondent/State.

Learned AGP for respondent/State, on written instructions, submits, that respondent No. 5 - Tahsildar, Georai, after receiving a letter from respondent No. 3 - Collector, Beed dated 09.09.2015, had sent a letter dated 11.12.2015 to the concerned Circle Inspector, Georai with a specific direction that said Circle Inspector, Georai should look

WP12353.2015.odt into the matter, cause an inquiry, take appropriate action as per law and submit report to respondent No. 5 - Tahsildar. 3.

Upon perusal of the documents place on record, it appears that, the petitioner has not approached the concerned Gram Panchayat for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner would be at liberty to file such an application for removal of encroachment made by respondent No. 7, before the Gram Panchayat and also to approach the concerned Circle Officer.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
