ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by victim girl, who was studying in 12th standard. She has made allegations against present applicants that they were teasing her and they were harassing her even when they knew that she is of backward class, a scheduled caste. She has made allegations that on 8.12.2014 after 4.30 p.m. when she was returning to home from college, she was intercepted and the applicants teased her and said that they wanted to have a sex with her and

The present applicants are behind bars since 10.12.2014. This Court presumed that the accused must have learnt some lesson and they will not do such thing in future and they will not harass the said girl.

So, the application is allowed. The applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) by each of them. They are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offence. They are not to go to the college of that girl and to the vicinity of the residential place of the girl.
