This is an application for restoration of First Appeal challenging order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration of the First Appeal for failure to remove the office objections as also for condonation of delay of 338 days. 2.

Although, the applicants have filed this application for restoration, in unregistered First Appeal, the same is considered to be an application under Chapter V Rule 6 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside, by condoning delay of 338 days subject to cost of Rs.3000/- to be paid by the appellant to the Chairman, Library Committee, Advocate Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad within two weeks from today. The appellant to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. After removal of the office objections,
