Seen the relief clause. It appears that direction is claimed to release the petitioner on furlough leave. The grievance of the petitioner is as under :- "7. The petitioner says and submits that, as per Government resolution he has to complete furlough leave in this year itself as now 2016 is at a fag end, and if he shall not complete his leave period by 31st December, 2016 in that case his right of parole and furlough for next year will be lapsed. In such circumstances, the petitioner is left with no alternative but to approach this Honourable court in its extra ordinary writ jurisdiction, seeking appropriate reliefs, by filing the present writ petition." 3.
