The learned Advocate Shri. Shahane causes an appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 along with Respondent No. 2.

Issue is of delay of 111 days. The Writ Petition is dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Shri. Shahane strenuously opposes the application and prays for dismissal. In the alternative, he prays that heavy cost be imposed and be donated to the Bar Association.

Considering the reasons cited, the delay of 111 days is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed. The Petitioner shall deposit cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) with the Advocates' Association of High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, in view of the consent of Shri. Shahane. 5.

Since all office objections are now removed, the Writ Petition stands restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
