The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to his receiving a copy of the affidavit in reply filed by the Respondents which is placed on record, the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition. They would report at the place of transfer and would dutifully discharge their duties, from tomorrow itself. In the event any action is initiated by the authority against the Petitioner, all contentions be kept open to defend themselves. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions, by keeping open all the contentions in defence.
