The registration of First Appeal Stamp No. 3979 of 2023 was refused since office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. The applicants have moved present application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.

Since there is a delay in filing the application, a prayer for condonation of delay of 338 days is also made. 3.
