PER COURT :- 1) The learned Counsel appearing for the applicants, i.e. original claimants submits that he is not at present pressing the prayer for vacating the stay. The learned Counsel submitted that the claimants are presently interested in getting withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body. The acquiring body has deposited 50% of the amount under the Award as directed by this court. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of 50% of the BDV
