Perused the service report dated 22/6/2016 submitted by the Police Inspector, Gandhi Chowk Police Station, Latur. Upon perusal of the report, prima facie, it can be gathered that the respondent nos.3 and 4 is put to notice about the proceedings and they are trying to avoid notice of the present matter. 2.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate in my opinion, to condone the delay of 185 days in preferring the present application for grant of leave to appeal.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the Criminal Application no. 7074 of 2014, the same is allowed. Delay of 185 days is condoned.
