In view of the order passed by this Court today in Writ Petition No.11202 of 2014 with connected writ petition, no separate order need to be issued in this matter. The substantial grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. So far as grievance as regards enlistment of voters from Hamals and Mapadis' constituency is concerned, it would be open for the petitioner to pursue his request with the appropriate authority at an appropriate stage. Liberty is granted accordingly. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
