PER COURT :- The application tendered by the petitioner for grant of freedom fighters pension, has been turned down, on the ground that, the petitioner does not fulfill the requirement laid down under the Government resolution dated 4.7.1995. The petitioner is not in a position to satisfy that, he fulfills the requirement laid down under the aforesaid resolution. The order passed by the State Government does not appear to be arbitrary or illegal. The petition is devoid of substance and hence stands dismissed.
