1) The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused papers of investigation.
2) Crime is registered on the basis of report given by wife of applicant No.1. Their marriage took place on 15-7-2013. She has a daughter aged about 7 months from applicant No.1. She has made allegations that applicant
2 Application 7077/2014 No.1 wanted to purchase vehicle and he wanted Rs.15 lakh. Allegations are made that the applicant No.1 asked the complainant to bring the money from her parents. It is alleged that her parents somehow collected amount of Rs.5 lakh and gave it to the husband and his relatives but they were not satisfied with it and they continued to demand remaining amount of Rs.10 lakh. It is her case that on this count there was ill-treatment to her by the husband and his relatives. It is alleged that due to fear that the applicant and his relative will do something to her life she left the house and went to her parents house. It is alleged that at that time the husband and his relatives took away the gold ornaments from her person.
It is her case that she tried to settle the matter through mediators but it failed and she ultimately approached the police. Crime came to be registered for offences punishable under sections 498-A etc. of the Indian Penal Code. 3) Applicant No.2 is the mother of the husband and applicant No.3 is the sister of the husband. It can be said that vague allegations are made against applicant Nos.2 and 3. They are ladies.
3 Application 7077/2014 circumstances, this Court holds that protection can be given to the applicant Nos.2 and 3.
4) In the result, the application of applicant Nos.2 and 3 is allowed. Interim relief granted in their favour is confirmed.
5) Learned counsel for the applicant No.1, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw application of applicant No.1. The application of applicant No.1 is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim relief granted in his favour is vacated.
