Mr. Gaware, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, Secondary School and Junior College is co­ education school and not exclusively meant for girls. The respondent No. 4 is appointed as a Head Master as against the claim of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the petitioner is alleging supersession, as such has remedy U/Sec. 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condition of Regulation) Act.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
