Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent - State. Call record and proceeding. 2) On stay applications heard learned counsel for the acquiring body. Seen the reasoning given by the Reference Court. This Court holds that stay needs to be granted subject to condition of deposit of entire compensation amount within 8 weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within this time it is to be presumed that no stay is granted to the execution of the judgment and award. In those terms the stay applications are allowed and disposed of.
