Learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent State and its Officials and also Mr. U.B. Bondar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, jointly submits that Respondent No.3 has received communication/ letter dated 27th November, 2018, from the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 has tendered across the Bar copy

of the said letter/communication. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective Petitioners relying upon the said letter and in particular Clause Nos.3 and 4 thereof, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petitions, with liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy in case any cause of action arises in future.

In the light of above, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdraw, with liberty as prayed for.

We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the contentions raised in the respective Petitions and all the issues/ points raised in the Petitions are kept open to be agitated as and when occasion arises.
