The Petitioner has been subjected to Disciplinary Proceedings, which culminated into a punishment order of Compulsory Retirement. He preferred a Departmental Appeal. The same is rejected. He preferred a Revision. The same is also rejected. Then he approached the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court in Special Civil Application No. 18792 of 2015, which has been dismissed by an order dated 05.11.2015. The learned ASGI informs us that the Petitioner approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 2343 of 2018 and the same has been dismissed on the ground of delay, on 12.02.2018.

The Petitioner has not suppressed anything from the Court. All the above referred orders have been placed on record. 3.
The learned ASGI submits that the Petitioner's representations dated 11.11.2022 and 03.02.2023, with reference to which this petition has been filed, have also been considered and negated.

In our view, the issue of disciplinary action has now been put to rest by the aforesaid events. This petition cannot be entertained and is therefore, dismissed.
