The learned AGP submits that the impugned order in this writ petition can be challenged before the Sub Divisional Officer. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the learned AGP, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the mutation entry before the Sub Divisional Officer in the pending proceeding or by initiating fresh proceedings.
