The learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed on record joint compromise terms dated 12th August, 2020 by which, Respondent No. 3/ Insurance Company has agreed to pay the amount mentioned in the compromise terms. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has identified the petitioner and she agrees to accept the said amount. The petition can be disposed off in terms thereof. The learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 confirms the above statement. 2.
We have taken the compromise terms ( two pages) on record and marked 'X' for identification. The compromise terms 'X' shall be a part of this order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in terms of 'X'.

Needless to state that the petitioner would be precluded from raising any claim, which is likely to cast financial burden on respondent No.3, either directly or indirectly, in relation to the cause of action emerging in this petition.
