In both the petitions now the parties have arrived at settlement.

The Recovery Officer Mr. Suresh N. Umrikar of respondent is present in the court and is duly identified by the advocate for the respondent.

In petition No.13582/2019 it is decided to pay Rs. 2,25,000/- in addition to earlier deposit amount of

(2) 59wp13582.19 Rs.6,00,000/- in this court. Parties have accepted that amount is already deposited in the office of this court. 4.

Needless to say that in writ petition No. 13583/2019 also a compromise has taken place. Compromise is duly verified before the Registrar of this court. In view of the amount deposited in this court in writ petition No. 13583/2019 the petition is also compromised and one compromise pursis is executed in both the petitions.

In view of above, office is directed to allow the respondents in both the petitions to withdraw the amount already deposited with accrued interest.

6.

In view of the compromise, both the petitions stands disposed off.
