The applicant - Vijay Mahadu Pachone (Matang) be released on bail in Crime No. 121/2013, registered with Chopda Police Station, District Jalgaon and in Special Case No. 4/2014 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount and additionally, upon deposit of penalty of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousand), in the concerned court. .

The present application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
