Shri Malte, learned Advocate for the Respondents, has tendered the compilations of four documents in one set and three documents in another set as regards the calculations of back wages of the two groups of workers comprising 11 and 08 in numbers. Both these documents are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" and Exhibit "Y", respectively.
Shri Kawre, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, submits on instructions that all the workers mentioned in Exhibits X and Y and who are the Petitioners, confirm that the calculations in Exhibits X and Y are

He further submits that after the judgment of this Court when the workers had reported for duties at the factory, the complaint was lodged by the Management in the form of an FIR on 26.10.2016 alleging disturbances at the behest of some of the workers. A report has been sent by the Assistant Police Inspector, Police Station, Karmad dated 05.11.2016 to the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.9, Aurangabad. He, therefore, submits that this First Information Report is an outcome of the attempt of the Petitioners to report for duties. Shri Malte submits, on instructions from Mr.Uday Ganpatrao Kulkarni, Respondent No.3, who is present in the Court, that the litigating sides are willing to start afresh and without keeping any bad memories. The Management would request the concerned Court for disposal of the said criminal case and/or seek compounding of the matter so as to forget the past and maintain cordial relations in and around the factory premises.
Shri Kawre submits that in the light of the above statement, this Contempt Petition can be disposed of.
*3* Considering the above and taking into account Exhibits X and Y and the statement of Respondent No.3 recorded above, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
It is expected that unpaid amounts as per Exhibits X and Y shall be paid by the Respondent/ Management within a period of six weeks from today.
