Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, from respondent No. 2 submits that Tribe Claim of the petitioner will be decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six months from today.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner would extend full co-operation for deciding such Tribe Claim.

In the light of statements made by learned Addl. G.P. for respondent No. 2, writ petition stands disposed of. Meanwhile, we grant limited protection to the petitioner as follows: "Respondents shall not take coercive action - steps against the petitioner of removing - terminating his services on the ground that he has not submitted Tribe Validation Certificate. This limited protection shall

2 42-WP-12891-18 remain in force for six (06) months from today or till final decision is taken by respondent No. 2 on Tribe Claim of the petitioner, whichever occurs first." 5.
