Per Court :- This is an application for restoration of Cri. Revision Application No.43/14 which was dismissed by this court [Coram T.V. Nalawade, J.] on 18th December, 2014 for non supply of fresh address of Resp.No.2.
[2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the date when the Criminal Revision Application was listed, due to his personal difficulty, he could not attended the court and, therefore, matter remains unattended. He made further submission that when Criminal Revision Application was dismissed that time, Non-Applicant / original respondent No.2 was not served.
