Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/State on instructions submits that, the Committee would decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from today.

In view of the said statement made, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Committee to decide the validation proceeding within a period of three (03) months from today. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action

2 wp 12854.18 against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceedings. No costs.
