Civil Application No.5612 of 2023 is stated to be filed by
{2} CP 268 OF 2018 & ORS learned AGP for extension of time to file calculations, which were directed by this Court. Learned AGP now submits that calculations now have been produced on record. The other sides are also agreeing to this position. Under the said circumstance, the purpose for which said application was filed, no longer exists and therefore, Civil Application No.5612 of 2023 stands disposed of. 2.
It appears that Civil Application No.12917 of 2023 was filed for exempting Rajeev Yadavrao Khedkar from attending the Court in person in Contempt Petition No.268 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.5150 of 2013 and other connected matters during period 25-10-2023 till 04-11-2023. This Court by order dated 04-11-2023 has stated that until the alleged contemnors are again directed to remain present before this Court, they need not remain present. Now the period for which exemption was sought is also over. Under the said circumstance, the said application become infructuous and therefore, stands disposed of.

In respect of Civil Application No.16088 of 2022, the prayer was that exemption be granted to Rajeev Yadavrao Khedkar / respondent no.6 from appearing in person before this Court in the
{3} CP 268 OF 2018 & ORS hearing kept on 02-12-2022. That application has also become infructuous and therefore, stands disposed of as the date is over. 4.
Place the matters for further consideration on 05-09-2024 for Civil Application No.13549 of 2018.

Learned AGP to see whether compliance of the order passed by this Court on 04-11-2023 has been made and if it is not, then take the corrective steps.
