By an order dated 6th May, 2014, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2360 of 2013, the learned 15th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad has allowed the application of the present respondent moved under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which was further confirmed in Criminal Appeal No. 30 of 2014, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-4, Aurangabad, vide an order dated 15th December, 2014.

Prima faice, it appears that, petitioner is not very keen to pursue the matter, as the matter is not moved since year 2014. Apart from above, I hardly see any reason to interfere in the extra-ordinary jurisdiction. 5.
