This application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by respondent - acquiring body. 2.

Indisputably in connected maters, claimants were permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee. 3.

The applicants have defined their shares in the reference application filed by them. The application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

75% of the compensation amount deposited by the respondents along with proportionate accrued interest thereon be paid to the applicants on the applicants shall executing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial).
