Original complainant is present. She is identified by learned Advocate Mr. More. Affidavit filed by respondent No.1 to the extent that the parties have settled the matter. She has no objection for giving relief of quashing FIR.

Learned APP submits that no charge sheet is filed. In view of this and as it is a dispute between husband, wife and relatives of husband, the proceedings are allowed. FIR in Crime No.129 registered with Vimantal Police Station, Nanded for the offences punishable under sections 498 (A), 323, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed and set aside.
