The matter was referred for mediation. It appears that it is successful. The compromise pursis was enclosed along with report of the learned Mediator. The informant has no objection to quash the proceedings. So also, it appears that based upon the said mediation, the marital tie has been reverted by the learned Family Court Judge, Dhule in the divorce proceedings. 2.

Since the FIR and the charge-sheet was arising out of matrimonial dispute and the matter is settled, we have no hesitation in exercising our inherent powers to quash the FIR and the charge-sheet. Hence the following order :-
