Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proposal for approval of the petitioner's appointment on the post of primary teacher is sent to Respondent No.5. However, Respondent No.5 has not taken any decision on the said proposal.

Since there is innocuous prayer we dispose of this Petition with directions to Respondent No.5 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken,

13485.18WP in accordance with law and after following due procedure, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 12 weeks from today.

Till the decision is taken by Respondent No.5 or for three months from today, the Respondents shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that his appointment is not approved by Respondent No.5.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
