This is a matrimonial dispute. No doubt Respondent No.2 - Complainant implicated some persons, who could not have been made accused in this case. But she has serious grievance against her husband and her immediate in-laws. She also alleged that gift articles given to her are now retained by her in-laws and husband. Respondent No.2 through her Advocate also indicated that she is ready to sit and talk about amicable settlement. The case therefore,
11 appln.6928.15 anr.odt deserves to be sent for mediation.
Respondent No.2 and her husband shall appear before the Coordinator, District Mediation, Monitoring Committee, Jalgaon. In the meantime, the Police shall not file charge-sheet for a period of two months from today.
The Applicants are permitted to file appropriate application, if required, after two months.
