The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has submitted an application for converting petitioner's land from Class - II to Class - I. The same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal is filed by the petitioner for converting the land from Class - II to Class - I (page No. 80) and same is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
