The application is filed for making correction in the operative part of the order made by this Court on 16th September, 2016 in the writ petition to show that Trial Court is expected to expedite the matter. 2.

Learned Counsel submitted that the matter was reserved for judgment and the Court had expressed that the Court will give direction to the Trial Court to expedite the matter. During speaking to the minutes, learned Counsel submitted that petitioner wants such order and it needs to be communicated to the Trial Court. Learned Counsel produced 1 / 2

In view of this circumstance, this Court holds that direction can be given to the Trial Court to expedite the suit. So direction is to be issued to the Trial Court to see that the suit is decided expeditiously. ( T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) SSD 2 / 2
