Present application has been filed for stay. The appellant is the original plaintiff, who has filed Second Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree in Regular Civil Appeal No.1/2011 passed by learned District Judge-1, Nilanga, Dist. Latur dated 06.10.2018, whereby the appeal was dismissed. The appeal was arising out of the Judgment and Decree passed by learned IIIrd Jt. Civil Judge Junior Division, Nilanga in Regular Civil Suit No.105/2006 dated 20.12.2010. The said suit was filed for possession of the alleged encroached portion. The suit was dismissed.
