This is an application for bail. Both the sides are heard.
This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Manohar Panpatil. His wife was Village Sarpanch at the relevant time. There was some political rivalry between the family of the complainant and the present applicant. Allegations are made that the present
-:(2):- applicant was harassing wife of the complainant. Complainant had one daughter aged about 16 years. One Lakhan was nephew of the applicant and he used to visit the village. Allegations are made that Lakhan had evil eye on the deceased daughter of the complainant and he was harassing the deceased. It is the case of the complainant that he had informed about conduct of Lakhan to the applicant but the applicant did not take any concrete step but indirectly he supported Lakhan. Allegations are made that on 16th November, 2014 the said daughter committed suicide by consuming poison. Allegations are made that due to the conduct of Lakhan and the present complainant daughter of the complainant committed suicide.

The applicant has been behind bar since 5th December, 2014. In view of the nature of the allegations against the applicant, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bars till disposal of the case as the crime is registered for offence under section 306 and 34 of I.P.C.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. He is not to tamper the
