Mr. Wakade, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph no.6 of the order dated 17th October, 2018, more particularly line no.3, it is mentioned as "serial no.5". The learned Counsel submits that same ought to be "serial no.18". In line no.5 it is 1 / 2

WP-11864-16.odt mentioned as "serial no.1". Same ought to be "serial no.12". So also, in line no. 11, instead of "from the year 2015 in 20% grant in aid post.", same ought to be "from the year 2016 in 20% grant in aid post.". 3.

Mr. Tawshikar and Mr. Jahagirdar, the learned Counsel for the respective respondents do not dispute this position. 4.

In light of that, aforesaid corrections be carried out in paragraph no.6 of order dated 17th October, 2018 and copy be issued accordingly.
