ORDER :- Heard learned AGP for the applicants. Perused the application. 2.

This Court, under Order 08th July, 2019, issued notice to the respondent. This Court, on the very day, granted ad-interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned Award subject to condition that applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit entire amount of the Award on or before 17th December, 2019. But, there was no response from the applicant-State of Maharashtra/Acquiring Body. Learned AGP submits that he made endeavour to call details from the concerned Department, but, all efforts found unavailing. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present application alive on board as the interim relief of stay is not remained in force. Therefore, the Civil Application for stay stands dismissed. The respondent-claimant is at liberty to execute the Award as per provision of law before the Executing Court. Accordingly, Civil Application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
